I just purchased this card from Memory Plus Distributors. The card holds
a 2.5 inch SCSI drive and has a bank of DIP switches for setting SCSI ID
and Termination. A cable goes from this card to your SCSI card. The card
alone costs $59. Shipping was $5. A SCSI daisy chain ribbon cable is an
extra $10. I don't have their phone number handy. I'll try to remember to
post it later when I get home.
