Just a question, but if the Double High Res graphics mode was created by
adding another bank of RAM and reading twice as much data as normal, couldn't
the same method be applied to the Super High Res graphics mode to make a
1280x400 or 640x400 mode?  

It's an idea, and maybe someone could make something like the Extended
Super High Res Graphics board for us like the Extended 80-column card? :)

Don't stone me if this sounds weird, I have little technical experience, but
I have full documentation on how Apple created the 80-column display and
double-high-res modes, so...
