        Yes, it is, and at no charge.  Just go to a dealer and ask them for
the upgrade.  They may need to call Apple to verify that the program's still
in effect.  If they give you any trouble, call 1-800-SOS-APPL and discuss the
problem with them.

        It's a change of ROMs, and in some cases, the Video Graphics
Controller.
