gzip to pkzip

Since nobody wants to port gzip itself (including me) I've written
a small program that will convert a gzip archive to a pkzip archive,
which can then be extracted by Angel .81 or PMPUnzip 2.0.

Sure, great. So why am I posting about it on csa2.misc? Well, I don't
have access to binaries so if you're interested (or would like to post
it to the binaries for me) send me some mail and I'll send it to you.
