Help required...

I am a subscriber of the II Alive Magazine. But now I feel that I am being
cheated!

The last issue I received is at least 2 issues (or 3) away! That is the issue
on HardPressed vs AutoArk. I have called the Quality from Singapore, and after
paying the long distance bill, I still get nothing!

Can anyone kind enough to help me call the Quality? The phone bill to the US
is VERY EXPENSIVE and I can't afford to keep calling them. If it is 1800 
number in US, can someone help me to call them?
