HPRT + Shareware

The word from WestCode: you don't need a license for shareware stuff.  You
only need to talk to them if you want to include it with commercial stuff.

Also note that there is no restriction on shipping HPRT compressed files
with anything... you only need a license if you want to ship HPRT itself
with a commercial product.  Of course, telling people "go find HPRT
yourself" is generally considered user-unfriendly. ;-)
