ROM 03: The two versions

I was browsing through my Gopher's WWW server and came across
this bit in Apple Computer's 'Apple Tech Info Library' on the ROM 3 IIgs.
Jim Ferr had informed me years ago of a minor fault in _certain_ early copies
of the ROM 3 firmware. A handful of ROM 03 CPUs (such as mine) had the
programmer CDAs locked in with no way to purge them. From what I know this
was quickly fixed, but what I read below sounds like a another ROM 3 was
released with bug-fixes and changes to the Toolbox:

Apple IIGS: Little Difference Between 1MB ROMs

TOPIC -----------------------------------------------------------

What's the difference between ROMs 341-0737/0748 and ROMs 341-0728/0749 on
the Apple IIGS 1MB logic boards?

DISCUSSION -------------------------------------------------------

Aside from some changes in the Toolbox, there weren't many changes to the
Apple IIGS ROMs. In fact, that's why Apple doesn't have an upgrade path to
the new ROMs. It wouldn't be cost effective for the customer.

I checked my ROMs and they're labeled 341-0737/0748 (older set I
presume). Does anyone know what changes are found in the later ROMs?
Obviously they fixed the bug with the programmer CDAs, but wonder if
there wasn't more done. I have noticed other strange problems with my
ROM 3. For instance my largest selectable RAMDisk size is 1920k, however,
my GS only let's me format up to 1888k. I've noticed stranger things with
Monitor commands in this version of the ROM 3 as well...

Is it possible to get a _complete_ list of changes (no matter how
minor) for the 0728/0749 ROMs? I may considering looking for a pair of these
"enhanced" ROMs if the changes are significant enough (Apple decided the
ROM 01 to ROM 3 wasn't significant, so who's to say this ROM 3 to ROM 3+
isn't! :/).
