I took a look after I posted and didn't see my file anywhere there. Guess 
someone deleted it. I found a Mac prog called Convertor on there but it has
no docs with it and it doesn't do drag-and-drop so I dunno what you do with it.
Regardless of what it's supposed to do you still need a way to convert a 5.25
to a file on the II.
