Not really, short of rewriting part of the Font Manager. 64 * 4 = 256, 255
is the largest point size the Font Manager handles. The '*4' bit comes
from the higher resolution of your printer ... the printer driver prints
bitmaps, but scales the image to be printed before printing so it uses the
resolution of your printer. No solution here, other than printing in
lesser quality (not 360x360 dpi, i.e.).

Thinking about it, there are PCL drivers out there now (freeware), they
only print text, and only on PCL-capable printers ... but these drivers
should be able to print text > 64 points, since they use the fonts
built-in to the printer or (alternatively, dunno which one is true) d/l
the TT fonts to the printer to be scaled there.
