I have the complete set of the Apple II history!  I will be happy to 
send Chapter 15 (or any other chapter) to you: either via e-mail
text file transmission, or on eight sides of 5.25" floppies, or
one two 3.5" disks.  (Postage and disk costs should be reimbursed
if disks are mailed rather than e-mail transmission.)
