After a lengthy and fun beta testing from the IRC folks (thanks for
all the help & suggestions, guys!), MessageChecker is now released!
MessageChecker is a CDA (Classic Desk Accessory) for the IIGS that
constantly monitors several vital segments of your system's memory,
and warns you of any problems.
MessageChecker is very customizable, and has met with some nice
reviews from the programmer types.... If your system seems to have
problems hanging, lockups, or general misbehaviors, MessageChecker
will give you some advance warning of the problems it checks for,
and thus give you a chance to save files then reboot.
Have fun with it; it's being posted to c.b.a2, cco, grind, and
hopefully someone will drop it on GEnie, etc...
