Why is moderating the binaries such an insane idea?  HUGE amounts of bandwidth
are wasted posting 'Don't post messages here!  This is for binaries only'
messages.  It'd also avoid this flamefest that just happened.  

If someone would be willing to volunteer time to moderate it, I think it'd be
a great idea.  However, there is a forum for discussing and a voting 
procedure that are required.

Anyone wanna run with this one?
