Seems to me you could've looked for that information _before_ you uploaded to
CompuServe . . .  

I suspect that Ron Dippold would be the best source for information about the
ICEBOOT program. Maybe he even uploaded it himself? Anyway, he'd be the one to
tell you if it's alright to re-distribut it.

As for the other, it is clear that Mr King doesn't want anyone to ever see his
program at all, so I suggest you forget about even downloading it, much less
even thinking of uploading it anywhere else.

What's the big deal about giving files correct names and keys on CIS, anyway?
Are the rules all that complex? Last I heard, shrunk-and-bunny-ed files got a
suffix of .bxy, plain and simple.
