Converting Flashcalc spreadsheets to IBM-compatible

My father has an old Apple IIe on which he has stored over 8 years worth
of Flashcalc spreadsheet data.  He is anxious to upgrade to a PC-486
type computer running some standard spreadsheet program.  Does anyone
know of a way to convert his existing Flashcalc spreadsheets to something
like Quattro Pro, Lotus, etc. and save him having to type all his numbers
and formulas back in?
