Use one of the highspeed drivers, like the Okitel 9600 CTS/RTS.
Also make sure you have a hardware-handshaking cable (see PT manual,
most modems have one, anyway, nowadays).

Then, in the dial entry, just set the baud rate to say 38,400 or such.
That should do it. PT uses the modem driver to determine the maximum speed
that the modem will communicate at, that's probably your problem.
