Well, I just grabbed it, sciibined it, and used nulib to look at the
contents:

was meant literally, in that the full description and authorship details
are in the _program_. Not very useful for the person deciding whether
or not transferring the program to their home system is worth the
effort.
So, anyone who thought the effort _was_ worth it have a description for
us?
