Well, I just grabbed it, sciibined it, and used nulib to look at the
contents:

| Wiggle.SHK Created:12-May-94 00:42 Mod:12-May-94 00:43 Recs: 2
|
| Name Kind Typ Auxtyp Archived Fmat Size Un-Length
|-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Wiggle File S16 $0000 12-May-94 00:42 sh2 64% 34816
| Wiggle.Icon File ICN $0000 12-May-94 00:43 sh2 39% 650

And so what Richard King said:

tombo@mail.on-line.co.uk (Richard King) writes:
|those who wish to know more can unbinscii it and unshrink it,

|details of the author (namely, ME!) in the program.

was meant literally, in that the full description and authorship details
are in the _program_. Not very useful for the person deciding whether
or not transferring the program to their home system is worth the
effort.

So, anyone who thought the effort _was_ worth it have a description for
us?
