Apple II motherboard numbers start with either 606, 607.
My Apple II+ has a 606-XX508.  My IIe has 607-0187 A.  My GS ROM 01 has 
607-0173-A.  The model number he was quoting was from another part or possibly
the board etching number (found right near the part number).
