Dual Comm Plus by Bit 3 Computer Corp.

A friend of mine aquired a IIe that was used in a chemical lab.
It came with two cards that were called Dual Comm Plus.  I beleive
that the cards have two serial ports on each labeled A and B.
The ROM chip has a label on it that reads "BIT 3 1.1" and 
"80005031".  I think it also has a Z-80 on the card, but I don't
think that it is a CP/M card at all.  There are two dials on it
and two 4-switch DIPs and two 8-switch DIPs.

Since this card didn't have a manual with it, we couldn't figure
out how to configure it.  I believe that the cars were manufactured
around 1981.  Does anyone have any information on this card?
