Is there an 8-bit JPEG viewer avail?

Found one at apple2.archives.umich.edu, but upon unshrinking it, etc., 
found it to be source code for Unix with a IIGS front end if you have 
ORCA and about 2 megs of RAM.  Now, there's a GIF viewer, and maybe GIF 
uses a lot less memory than JPEG, but IS THERE a //c plus -compatible 
JPEG viewer ?  Thanks
