Bag of Tricks was published by Quality Software, not Beagle Bros.
I don't think it's freeware. Resource Central was selling it a
few months ago.

Maybe you are thinking of Beagle Bag, which is one of the "Beagle
oldies". It's not a utility but a set of Applesoft games.
