At Ease 2.0 for Workgroups

I'm just wondering if you would be able to help me. My Computer Applications
Teacher has had many porblems with this program. He isn't able to do anything
which he wants to do. When updating the computers, and someone shuts their
computer off, and they reboot, they go into the finder. Also, if you have a
file-server porgram set up, you can "Eject the server's hard disk!" please
could you fix these problems? THanks.
