We found the culprit... The cheap-ass (if you'll pardon the
language) PC Accessories brand cable. I went and got a Belkin Mac+ to
Hayes cable, and everything's working. I'm typing this from the IIgs
hooked to ZyXEL.
So who do I call for a ProTerm upgrade to 3.1? Is the 2.1 number
still valid after 4 years?
