Fixkern204B now released

Well, folks, after a bit of finger-pointing as to whom was to blame
for a crashing bug in TMTerm 1.1, I came up with a fix for it. I
integrated it into my Fixkern204 program, so that you don't have too
many patcher inits in your system....

   Anyhow, some people have complained that TMTerm 1.1 is buggy, and
crashes on opening. Well, after I put the patch in, I tested it out
with 25 different system configurations of inits/das/cdevs/etc...
Each and every time, it ran fine. If you can manage to get it to
crash, email me or Ian, and we'll work on duplicating and then
tracking down any further bugs....
