Yes, there is a program called "Tutor-Tech". My user group has a
freeware demonstration version of it, in two parts (student and
teacher) on 5.25" disks. I haven't run it for a long time, so I can't
remember what it looks like.
It is somewhat similar in operation to HyperCard, or probably closer
to HyperStudio (prior to version 3, i.e. no scripting).
It requires a 128k IIe/IIc/IIgs and uses double hi-res graphics. The demo
can be controlled with joystick, but a mouse is better. The "teacher"
part of the demo allows you to create TutorWare (i.e. stacks) but you
cannot save them.
The full program is commercial. I can't remember the company's name
off-hand. Incidentally, it was around before HyperCard (Mac version).
Does anyone know if this demo is on an FTP site? If not, I'll be
happy to post it to comp.binaries.apple2.
