Assuming it's not 8mm or 4mm ;-), you are looking at a DC1000 or DC2000
drive. Would amaze me, though, I thought there were no SCSI drives using
those. Just goes to show.

About 8mm and 4mm: That'd be exa technology or DAT, respectively.
Capacities of 2GB and up. That's why I doubt that's what you have.
