Apple //c User Needs AGATE or FTP Help!

Can someone more fortunate than me out there either:

1) Post a NON BETA-TEST latest version of AGATE in the apple2 binaries
2) or send me the FTP >NUMBER< of a site that would have said program
   in its archives.

Any help is greatly appreciated!  I really need a working copy of this,
and would like the latest fully functioning version.

Also, if anyone knows an Internet address for Tony Marques, the 
programmer of AGATE, could you send it to me?
