New Computist BBS Number

Vince has moved the board to a new location. The good news is, it is
off of his Army base's telephone system and so the awful line noise we
all encountered should be a thing of the past.

Vince has retained the download rules from the old board i.e., download
at will and if you run out of credits he will make you whole asap so
you can download more. Keep in mind that the board has the Computist
disks AND most/all EAMON disks.
