USR Sportster --> Fake 16.8 Dual Standard

 Okay, there have been a lot of people asking for the proper INIT string 
to turn their lovely little USR Sportsters into fake DS's.  First off let 
me say that to my knowledge ONLY ONE ROM PRODUCTION of the Sportsters 
are actually fake 16.8k Dual Standards.  NOT ALL will work. 

I do NOT know for certain, but I believe that the V4.1's are the only 
ones that will work.  Here's the init string; type it in EXACTLY like:

ATgw03c6,22gw05cd,2f   EXACTLY as typed.  After that, ati5 or 6 should
                       show 16.8 dual info.

 Once again, in case of any errors in transmission: to turn a v4.1 rom 
Sportster into a fake 16.8k dual standard type:

ATgw03c6,22gw05cd,2f   EXACTLY as typed.  After that, ati5 or 6 should
                       show 16.8 dual info.
