I agree 100 percent that we should pay for "upgrades" (assuming, of course,
we need the upgrade).  But I object to having to pay for fixing bugs, 
especially when those fixes are distributed as pseudo-upgrades lacking any
significant new capabilities.  It also gets annoying when bug fixes are
deliberately delayed so they can be rolled in with a real upgrade that takes
an inordinate amount of time to actually deliver.  Short term delays are a
different matter.
