WordPerfect IIgs 2.1e and System 6.01 problems

I have a question to the Apple IIgs masses....

I have come into a good number of IIgs software programs when a friend of
mine and I purchased a IIgs to resell to a school.  The school won't need
most of this software.  One of the programs is a full legal copy of
WordPerfect 2.1e.  I would like to be able to use this on my machine, but I
use System 6.01 and WordPerfect seems to have screen redraw problems under
this OS.  Specifically, the cursor will erase anything on the screen as you
move it.  The problem is cosmetic, but *very* annoying.

I know that WordPerfect hasn't supported this product in some time, but I
would like to know if this (2.1e) is the latest version, or if there is
another version that solves this problem.  Or maybe there might be a hack to
solve this problem.  Any ideas?
