Interesting that you ask. I saw a Cobbler at the Trenton Computer Fair and
asked the owner about it. He said he made the enclosure himself, sticking
the motherboard and floppies inside a case of what used to be used some kind
of electronic equipment. Maybe that's where your friend saw it.
