Perhaps you pressed the eject button too soon? Since the RamFAST
doesn't immediately write out data to the drive, it's possible to
eject the disk before the RF has flushed its cache. Using the software
eject is safest, since the RF will flush the cache before actually
ejecting.

Well, I guess you could wait a few seconds, make sure the drive light
is off, then press the eject button. A CDA that ejected the disk
would be neat tho :)
