RamFAST/SCSI v1.11 Upgrade?

I've got a RamFAST/SCSI card, ROM version 1.11, serial number 1126.
First, would that be a Revision C board? I know it's not "D", and I've
never heard of "A" or "B".
Second, is the ROM upgradable? The jump from v1.11 to whatever it is now
must be pretty big.. any incompatibilities? Any changes to the board
itself between them? (aside from Revision D)
It has worked just fine for me since January 1991. Should I mess with a
good thing and get an upgrade? $10 from Sequential Systems (as quoted
by someone else) seems like a good deal.
Thanks,
Tim
