These are my dip settings.

Actually, I a running at 8.31 mhz since the board came with a 33.33333
mhz crystal installed and also a 7mhz rated cpu.

But that shouldn't make ALOT of difference since this is a rather 
predictable crash.(I can do everything but open a file or folder
in a STDFileDialog)

My Dips are  From top to bottom of card.   

0 means it is in the OPEN position
1 means it means it is CLOSED

This is all of them.  I have the Zip in Slot 3.  I have a RevD 2.01e rom
Ramfast in Slot 7.  I also have a MdIdeas Supersonic in Slot 6.
