The one with the VideoTerm manual and software is definitely an
Ultraterm card. There's a separate auction for just the card, and that
one appears to be a genuine Videoterm.

If anyone is planning to buy one, the UltraTerm is the one to get.
Videoterms and the numerous clones out there are as they say "a dime a
dozen"
