Calvin archive / METAL queries

What is the current status of the ftp archives at calvin.sfasu.edu? There
is some hyperc material there that (it seems) is not archived anywhere else.
Will the archive be coming back online at some time in the future?

Also, can anyone tell me where I can find a copy of METAL by ftp - a ref from
a year or so ago said it was on aho.cba.csuohio.edu, but it isn't there now.
Is it still available? What other METAL products are available by FTP?
