//e revisions?

I was reading an old issue of InCider and noticed that the Video Overlay
Card worked in enhanced //e's only if they were revision B or higher.
Now I'm curious- what's a rev. B //e?  Is it a //e with the built-in numeric
keypad?  And were later revisions released?
