Copy II+ Failed Me!!

Hi, for the first time, I've found something Copy II+ won't back up
for me. For the last few days I've been using "Dollars & Sense", a
money management program from Monogram. The copy I have is dated
1983, and I have no idea how often it was used in the last ten years.

So, realizing the need to have a spare, I pulled out my trusty
Copy II+ (version 9) and tried a straight copy of the Boot and
System disks. It booted with a nice message about it being illegal
to copy the software. I booted the original and tried out the copy
of the System disk -- that worked fine.

So looking at Copy II+ again, I saw they had 3 Parameter entries for
"Dollars & Sense". I tried all three and none produced a copy that
would even boot.
This has never happened to me before, so I'm in undiscovered territory.

Does anyone have an entry for this or some advice on what to try next?
I guess it will involve "sector editing".
