Zip Tech Support phone number?

Does anyone have the number for Zip Technology's tech support line?
The number in my manual [(213) 337-1734] is not in service, and I
couldn't find the info in the FAQ.

Even if you post a response, I would _appreciate_ an email response 
due to the news propagation delay.

[My Zip died and I'm running at 2.3MHz ... *Whaaa* ]
