Anybody know where you can get a copy of the APW toollib that was
distributed some time ago? It's the set of tools that are documented
in the header file "13/orcacdefs/toollib.h", and includes the routines
that provide IIGS-C string conversion, the spinner, and ability to
stop execution and output?
