The above while true, leaves the wrong impression with many folks. I
should have elaborated more. The MOI that Vince is in has too many
people of his rank so when his enlistment is up he will have to leave
since they won't let him re-up unless he can change his MOI or get
promoted before that time. Vince is trying like mad to do either.
