Card question

Hi all. I have a card I'm trying to identify and I'm hoping one
of you can help me.

It's a long, long, LONG board:

       MN4164x8 (RAM?)    DHU 8832      74LS chips
  _______________________________________________
 /       U U U U U U U U  ===CPU?== U U U U  ^ (led)
/ o o o                                          !
! o o         || || ||   ==ROM==     __________  !
!___________________________________||||||||||||_!
               ROMs?

The o's are RCA jacks:

    o          o
LEFT AUDIO EXT VID #0 o
   o           o          EXT VID #1
RT AUDIO    VID OUT

The CPU is labeled as follows:
(TI logo) TMS9918A NL
DHU 8832
25675 PHILLIPPINES

The ROM is labeled (in felt tip pen:)
S8SBD
(C) 1984
12/26/84

The three ||'s are also apparently ROM chips; here are the numbers
on them [from left to right:]

#1:
SOUND
AY-3-8912
(GI logo) 8318CDA
TAIWAN

#2: same as #1

#3:
JAPAN3M3
HM6116P-4

#1 and #2 are 28pin, #3 is 24pin.
The $Cs0C signature byte is $CF, if that is any help..

The LED lights up when the card is activated (PR#/IN#) Interestingly
enough, it lights up when I boot Ultima V (but I don't think I have
enough RAM to hear the sound on ultima V.. I seem to recall it needing
128k (i only have 64k))

I'm not sure what the hell it has 3 video outputs for. 3 seperate
monitors going at once? Hum. There are also 4 different jumpers
on the board, along with what looks like a wire-wrap extended plug..
for an upgrade, perhaps?

Well, if you can help me ID this card [and if you know of any software
to support it] I'd appreciate it to no end.

Thanks,

James

PS; if anyone has a (cracked) copy of Ultima III, please drop me a line. I'd
like to see if it works with the card..
