ByteWorks itself sells both for $150 each. (Or was it $125?)
Mail order houses like Quality take around $90. I doubt that you can buy a
bundle for a reduced price, but know knows.

ORCA/M is the GS version. The Apple II version is available only through
ByteWorks.
