Use the p8 version, BINSCII, to decode .SEA files. GSCII+ and sciibin (unix)
both have a bug that produces invalid SEA files. (They aren't really corrupt,
but have some extra bytes at the end of the (mod 48, I think) that messes up
the GS loader.)

So until, if ever, GSCII and sciibin are updated, use BINSCII to decode
SEA archives. (You can edit the eof pointer in the directory for the
.SEA file after using GSCII, but that is beyond my expertise :) )

I do believe the GSHK.V11 binscii archive file(s) on grind are OK. Just the
GSCIIand sciibin .SEA versions are unuseable.

PS If you have an earlier version of GSHK, use it to open the .SEA file and
extract the newer version.
