Info. on MultiGS and A.E.

My name is Gayle Holt.

I have MultiGS for my ][gs and when I try to run AppleWorks GS and other 
applications, it tells me "Cannot load resources."  After it does this, the 
computer locks up and I have to reboot.  When I shift-boot, everything 
works fine.  Is one of my inits, nda's, or cda's incompatible with MultiGS?
Please help.

My second question is what is the phone number for Applied Engineering that 
you call to make an order or get a catalog.  I have the online help voice 
pnone number to reach a technician, but it is a dollar something a minute.  
I am trying to get an "800" number if possible.

Also, since I am now considering purchasing a TranswarpGS or ZipGS, could 
someone out there please explain to me which one is better and why.----I am 
also unsure about exactly what a TranswarpGS and ZipGS is---is it a card 
that you put in an expansion slot or what???
