TMS out-of-business! (was: Seeking "TMS Peripherals")

What?! When exactly did this happen, and why? I just spoke with
someone at TMS recently and they made no mention of being in financial trouble.
(although I did find it strange, that after numerious requests, they kept
"forgetting" to postal-mail me an information package/price list of Apple II
products). Sigh, this seems to be the month of bankruptcies in the computer
world -- Applied Engineering, Commodore (?), and now TMS Peripherals!

I'm very disappointed to hear this news, not only because it adds
yet another nail in the coffen for the Apple II, but I was *depending* on
TMS as a place to order all my hardware upgrades for my ROM 3 Apple IIgs! :(
Most notiably, the "TMS Shadow" portable hardrive! I really wanted this
because it took up so little desktop space (fits on top of floppy drives)
and was whisper quiet because it contained no fan, which btw is safe since the
HD powersupply is external. Now my dilemma:

Where can I order upgrades for my IIgs now that TMS is gone? I'm looking
for a ZipGS, RamFast SCSI, Sequential System RAM-GS and an external (340-540mb)
SCSI hardrive (something simular to the TMS Shadow). Does Econ Technologies
still sell their internal Pegagus HDs? That might just be a solution for a
nice hardrive. Any suggestions for an alternative vendor is appreciated...
(LRO is out of the question and QC is nice, but rather expensive I've found).
