What you need is an icon editor such as Diced, Iconed, or and other icon editor that lets you edit the attributes of a icon. Then try to find the icon file in /ICONS that contains the text file icon. Edit the attributes and change the Icons application to the teach's path. (I haven't played around with my icons in awhile, but I hope I helped somewhat.)
