Help with the LWPro810 (wrong group?)

This is probably the wrong group and i would thank anyone who would
re-direct me to the correct one, but here's my problem:

We recently got an Apple LaserWriter 810 Pro printer where I work, but
we got no documentation on it.  Everything seems to be printing fine,
but we are unable to monitor the queue properly.  Occasionally jobs
will show up, but most of the time, when we log into the printer and
attempt to monitor the queue, it shows up as empty, even when the printer
says "Processing" and there are 2 or 3 jobs in it.

Basically, i'm wondering if there's any ftp-able documentation, or if
anyone else has encountered this problem before, and fixed it.
