Hi folks!
I've a few quesitons for folks using Mastertracks Pro out there with
System 6.
1) Out of curiosity, what's the sequencer's ppq (points per quarter note?)
Is it 48? Funny, my synth's sequencer is 96, course it was also designed
after MTPro was designed.
2) I've noticed that while using System 6 and running MTPro, whenever I'm
in the Piano Roll window and bring up a note's pop up information
menu - the software thinks I'm continually pressing down on the mouse
button as whenever I move the mouse over a button, the software thinks
I'm sending repeating key downs.
(Boy that was written poorly, I hope somebody understands me) :)
3) Is there anyway to temporarily readjust the speed between double
clicks for when I launch this program and then return them to normal
when I quit? It's SUPER annoying to use the rewind and fastforward
buttons in the Transport since it's EVER so sensitive to my double clicks
(it appears the delay between clicks is set very high).. anyways, when
I click on one of those buttons to fastforward or rewind, it will often
send me to the extreme end of the song. It's REALLY annoying.
Any help is appreciated. I also realize this is an old program that
Passport couldn't care less about, so if there's anything that can be
done for this stuff, it would make life a little more tolerable. It's
incredibly frustrating to have to deal with this stuff while trying
to put down an idea.
Dan
(Who's ready to go to the sequencer's 64x2 Vacuum Florescent Display to
avoid the current hassles of MTPro) :)
