    Well, if this is the case, where would I possibly send the card
    back to?  It seems that CV.tech is out of business.  The hard drive
    was spare parts...I believe the problem is with the card though,
    because if the setup gives me fits, I can turn the COMPUTER off,   
    leaving the HD on, turn the 'puter back on, and it will work, for
    a while.

    Nope, that's not the case w/ my memory card.  Thanks anyway.
